I specialize in crafting memorable luxury vacations for families and couples in warm weather destinations like Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Central America; however my services are not limited to those destinations! I am part of a network that provides exclusive benefits at certain locations that will most certainly elevate your travel experience. Where available and applicable, these sought-after benefits may include daily complimentary breakfast for 2, complimentary wi-fi, room upgrade on arrival, early check-in & late check-out, VIP guest status, and an additional special benefit which varies by property and may include a food and beverage credits, a round of golf, a lunch or dinner for two, a confirmed upgrade at time of booking, airport transfers, a spa treatment or other privileges. The short answer is maybe. My service is complimentary however there are some exceptions. A professional fee is charged after an initial complimentary consultation if you decide to use hotel points for your stay. This allows me to dedicate extra time and great care in curating your travel experience. Additionally, the value of the benefits you receive will greatly outweigh the cost to work together.

Complimentary Consultation: We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your travel goals, timeline, preferences, budget, and expectations. This helps me understand your unique travel style and what you're looking to experience. This may be done over the phone or over email. Trip Proposal: Once I understand the scope of your desired vacation, I'll start crafting a customized itinerary tailored to your needs and interests. As part of this process, you may receive a questionnaire to further aid in customizing your trip. This itinerary will include accommodations, transportation, activities, and any special requests. The nature of this process is that there may be some back and forth as is it personalized, as I take into account family needs, preferred activity level, any challenges or limitations your travel party may have, and more. Booking and Reservation: I'll handle all the bookings, securing the best options and deals for your trip. This includes accommodations, tours, activities, and any other travel-related services. I work with a partner who handles air travel if you are interested in a completely hands-off experience. Exclusive Benefits: If applicable, I'll tap into my network to exclusive benefits such as complimentary upgrades, breakfasts, and special amenities. Pre-travel support, ongoing communication, and post-travel followup: Before your departure, I'll provide you with a comprehensive travel package, including detailed itineraries and contact information for assistance during your trip. During your travels, I'll remain available to answer any questions, address concerns, or make adjustments to your itinerary as needed. After your trip, I'll follow up to gather feedback, ensuring your complete satisfaction and helping me improve my services for future travel. This process is designed to make your travel experience seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to your preferences.
